Winery Experience

Guests can participate in the weekly Winery/Distillery Tour & Barrel Tasting led by winemaker Gianni Manucci. Vineyard Production

The establishment prides itself on producing limited batches of wines, with less than 3,000 cases crafted annually. Wines are aged a minimum of two years in French oak barrels, ensuring rich flavors develop over time. The winery also specializes in producing their own spirits, including a unique Single Barrel Aged 5 Year Brandy.

Private Spaces

The House-Of-Zin Guest House offers a fully equipped three-bedroom rental accommodating families or groups. This private space features a full kitchen, a living/dining area, and custom artwork created by the owner's family. Guests also have access to the Coyote Cantina for exclusive private dining experiences.
